What is a cancer notification?

It does not mean that you are informed of that you have had a cancer from a doctor simply.

We think that the cancer was recognized to be mortal illness before for dozens of years.  In those days, it is assumed that it was said  "you have a cancer" from a doctor, which meant that it was announced a cancer.

But recently, it comes to be said that we are saved if it was detected that we have had a cancer in an early stage.  Therefore, we think that we will give a question, "yes, we understood, and then what kind of cancer is" by the next phase ,even if said that "you have a cancer".  Well, it is expected that it was announced for the first time if we got the answer precisely.

By the way, in the case of myself, how would?
Did I have the truth informed from a doctor precisely?

I do not understand whether the data is true closely.
Probably I think that I was informed in told range.


I undertook various kinds of medical screening in February, 2010 after having understood that myself had breast cancer as for me.
These medical screenings were taken twice and took about 30,000 yen.
An electrocardiogram, X-rays, a blood test, CT, vital capacity, bone scintigraphy

I think that it was medical screening to examine whether have transition to a bone by the bone scintigraphy inspection, but I remember that there is not transition to a bone at present and I was relieved to hear that.

The bone scintigraphy inspection has inspect the osseous conditions of the whole body in a room which is called the nuclear medicine inspecting room for from 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
After inspection, it was shown my universal skeleton.

Because had an asthmatic chronic disease, the MR was called off.
I knew that we became disadvantageous in various ways if we were operated on when we had a chronic disease.
The contrast media seems to have danger to cause asthmatic attack.
And there seems to be danger of the asthmatic attack in this because tube is put in an organ at the time of general anesthesia..........

At the time of operation, please bring asthmatic inhalant.
I was said so, and I thought that it was slightly weird, but the asthmatic attack did not seem to have got up to me.

A definition of the cancer notification

I undertook a mammography inspection for the time being in the end of January of the last year.
When I asked a city hall, the receptionist of the telephone said that a reservation was the end, and that I could have a checkup only in this clinic.
It was the small clinic which I went for the first time.
I was felt to be like honesty next.
  "It is not large hospital"
  "Is it good?"
I did not know that the doctor was a breast surgery specialist at that time.
At first I undertook touch, and I was said probably to be all right.
But, for confirmation, I undertook mammography.
Sandwiched in with a tabular thing in a horizontal and a vertical direction, and I thought at that time why I must undertake such a painful test.

However, doctor said after the test was over.
Because a really doubtful thing came out, I should undertake thoracic echo check.
(I remember that the echo cost about 5,000 yen because it is out of an examination free)
He continued,
  "Though I cannot say that it is absolutely a cancer, You have two polyps of around 2cm.  Make me take the tissue because I send it on biopsy."
I was taken a tissue with a tool such as a big syringe.
  "Because results come out one week later, please come."
  "Though it is not an absolute, you must get ready."

When I went to there one week later, it was notified that it was a malignant tumor as a result of test.
  "Well, it is anxious a little that have two though I think that it is an early stage of cancer judging from size."
  "You undertake a detailed examination afterward in special hospital, and please talk about method of treating with an operation or an anticancer agent."
  "Well, what hospital do you undertake treatment at?"
I was said plainly as above.
I asked whether I would have you introduce.
  "To be near is K Hospital, the next, it is the Y Hospital."

I asked, "because my friend and father were in Y Hospital, please make Y."

Because I have had better have an examination early, I had the doctor write a letter of introduction on the spot and reserved on the telephone.
It was fixed at one week later by adjustment with circumstances of the work and the hospital's vacancy conditions.

It is over in no time on that day, and I feel calm somehow.
And by choice the doctor was the expression that was smiling not serious.
This doctor may have behaved easily on purpose, with thinking about the psychological condition of the patient.
Or was the affinity good by chance?
Still, may cancer notification be light so much?
Probably did he notify plainly because it was a curable range?
Does not he notify precisely if a stage is higher?

And, finally I was able to  log in.

I was operated on for the breast cancer in March of the last year.
Meanwhile, I did not maintain my blog because I was busy.
But in this situation I cannot leave my feeling and thought.
I intended to arrange an event of the meantime in time series first.
But, as for doing so, I decided to reopen blog whimsically because it was burdened too much for myself.

I undertook cancer screening (mammography) for the first time in January of the last year.
I had not undertaken an examination, but why did I undertake so far?
I wonder at such a thing now.

★The guidance of the free examination came from the city.
    And only some limitations remained when I watched the guidance.
★One of my friends urged to undertake an examination for me.
   The friend is superior in a psychic power.
★I will start an agency of the Aflac by an unexpected coincidence at the beginning of this year.
   Speaking of cancer insurance, it is Aflac.
   However, I have not undertaken the cancer screening either.
   I thought whether it was not really good.

The reason why I undertook the cancer screening is three points of the above.
It could say by chance, but I was able to discover the cancer thanks to the screening in early days.
The mammography is painful for me, and it does not stand
When such a thing is written, a beginner will be threatened.
But it is an examination significant at all even if have an unbearable pain.

Anyway, the mammography found a cancer more than 2cm though it was not found by the touch.
